The bulldozer compacted and smoothed this waterfront homesite, preparing for construction to start. It was still here at the end of the day, next to the requisite Port-a-Potty.
A new home will be built on this site in Broadwater, a desirable waterfront neighborhood in southwest St. Petersburg. Generally, in order to have a building lot here, you need to purchase an existing home and tear it down, as was done in this case. If you’re going to do that, choosing the right lot is critical.
