Today these boards were put up, roughly outlining the shape of the house.
So far, every day since the permit was obtained there has been progress on the site.
Today Arthur Rutenberg moved the permit post from the north side to the south side and put up their company sign, along with a flyer box with flyers advertising their services.
You can, of course, contact the builder directly - or you can contact a Realtor to represent you with the builder. The price to you the buyer will be the same, as Arthur Rutenberg compensates agents who bring them clients for building - even though your real estate agent would represent you, rather than the builder.
