Signature Place
Signature Place condominiums are under construction in downtown St. Petersburg. The building has topped out and occupancy is scheduled for Spring 2009. At 36 stories, it’s the tallest building in St Pete. It’s architecturally unique, shaped like a sail, and every tower unit has a view of Tampa Bay. Designed by Ralph Johnson, the building is truly a signature for Johnson and for developer, Joel Cantor. Units in the tower are currently priced from $499,000 for a 1,225 sq ft unit to $3,255,000 for a 5,883 sq ft penthouse unit. Lower buildings are on the east and west sides. The pool and amenities are on the 6th floor level, overlooking Tampa Bay.

Signature Place unveiled
March 25th, 2008 Categories: Signature Place
Signature Place St Petersburg has removed the blue plastic from the windows on its west building - and what a difference it makes! I did a double take as I passed it driving home tonight, so I came back around the block to take this photo. With the blue plastic on the windows, it looks like a construction project - with the blue plastic removed and the windows unveiled, it looks like - a building! Hmm - wonder how soon I can move in?
