Built in 2000 it is 21 stories high and has 49 residential condominiums and there are two retail stores on the ground level. Each unit has two spaces in the gated, covered garage. The primary common areas are on the third floor and include gathering rooms, a catering kitchen, a billiard room, a fitness center and 1 condo unit. Floors 4-19 have three units per floor (except for two double units) and each of the top two floors is a penthouse. The pool and spa are on the west side of the tower, with gardens on the south side. The adjacent Hampton Inn provides spillover space for your guests. There is a 24 hour concierge on duty. Condos are in the $1-2 Million range.
